1.Choose Orders or Quotes
Open Orders & quotes and use the tabs to separate proposed work from active orders. Use the available quote action for eligible work; an accepted or paid order may not be eligible to move back to quotes.
2.Sort and filter your work
Use Search orders and the sort selector to find work. Needs attention highlights records to review; it does not prove money is missing or authorize a refund. Search covers the loaded list. Hide completed & cancelled removes closed work from the current list without deleting it.
3.Use row actions
Open the three-dot menu beside an order for the actions your account is allowed to perform. Open the full order for its customer details, proofs, payment history, and progress.
4.Edit the right part of the order
Use Order details for editing and customer contact information. Before approval or payment, eligible orders can change price and customer flow. After approval, changes may require a change summary and a fresh customer approval.
5.Close out deliberately
Complete order closes the work workflow; it does not record cash, create a payment, or change the tax ledger. Record an outside payment separately if money was received.
